What hosts usually ask before booking a birthday with us, from the opening message to the last balloon taken down.
Planning and booking
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks suits most parties. Weekends in the cooler months and yacht dates fill sooner, so earlier is easier; shorter notice can work with a simpler setup.
What do you need from me to start?
The date, the area or venue, the number of guests and their ages, a theme or colour idea and a rough budget. The party builder collects most of this in a few taps.
Can you find a venue for us?
Yes, partner venues on request: rooftops, hotel rooms, private dining and kids' play venues. When we book a third-party venue, a planning fee from AED 750 applies, and food and drinks are quoted at the venue's rates.
Do you plan parties outside Dubai?
We plan across Dubai, and Abu Dhabi delivery is available on request, with any extra cost quoted in writing.
Can we change details after booking?
Usually, as long as items have not been custom-made yet. Tell us early and we confirm in writing what can change and whether the cost moves.
Prices, payments and the party day
What do the from-prices include?
Each package lists its contents on our birthday packages page. From-prices are estimates for the standard setup; the final quote depends on guests, place, date and add-ons and is confirmed in writing.
How do I pay?
Tabby, Tamara, card or cash. Your booking is confirmed in writing, then a 50% deposit secures the date, and the balance is paid before the event.
What if I have more children than the package covers?
Extra children above the package are added from AED 45 each, covering their share of favours, food and the host's time.
When does the team arrive to set up?
Usually two to three hours before guests arrive, longer for large installations. We agree the access time with you or the venue in advance.
Who looks after the children during the party?
Our party host runs the games, but parents or guardians stay responsible for their children throughout, especially near pools, stairs and the sea. Read our terms and conditions for the details.
