Hotel Birthday Parties in Dubai
Hotels, restaurants, rooftops and garden venues take care of the space, the kitchen and the parking. We add the look, the cake, the entertainment and the timing, and keep one plan for everything.

Venue types we plan in
- Hotel ballroomFor 50 to 300 guests, with a stage, a dance floor and a banquet kitchen. Suits 50th and 60th birthdays and large family celebrations.
- Private dining roomFor 8 to 30 guests at a restaurant or hotel, ideal for a 30th or 40th birthday dinner with a cake moment.
- Lounge or rooftopA semi-private area with music and a view for adult evenings.
- Kids' play venueTrampoline, play and activity venues with per-child packages; we add decoration, cake and an entertainer.
- Event hallA blank space that takes a full theme build, for large kids' parties and milestones.
- Garden or terrace venueLawns and shaded terraces for day and evening parties from October to April, with the venue's own kitchen.
How venue pricing works
Venues price birthdays in their own ways: a room hire fee, a minimum spend on food and drinks, a per-person package, or a per-child package with a minimum number of children. Food and drinks always come from the venue's kitchen and are quoted by the venue at its own rates, so we keep them separate from our quote.
Our part is the planning and everything the venue does not do: decoration, the cake, entertainers, photography, the run sheet and coordination on the day. When we book a third-party venue for you, a planning fee from AED 750 applies. Partner venues are available on request, and we share each venue's terms with you before anything is booked.

Questions about hotel and venue parties
Do you have partner hotels?
Partner venues are available on request. We contact suitable hotels and venues for your date and share their rates with you.
Who pays the venue?
The venue quotes its room hire, food and drinks directly at its own rates. Our planning fee and services are quoted separately.
Can kids' play venues be decorated?
Many allow a themed table and balloons in the party room. Some sell their own decoration add-ons, so we check what is allowed before designing anything.
Can you plan a lounge night for adults?
Yes. We confirm the age rules and dress code with the lounge, then add decoration, a cake and music where the venue allows it.
