Birthday Party at Home in Dubai
No venue hire, no time slot, no strangers at the next table. We bring the party to your apartment, villa or garden and leave the place as we found it.
Why home parties work
Children relax in a place they know, grandparents do not have to travel far, and the party runs at your own pace. A home also gives you full control of the guest list, the food and the music. With a styled backdrop and a cake table in the right corner, a familiar living room or majlis looks completely different in the photos.
Our kids' birthday packages are built for exactly this: a home or villa party for up to 15 children, from AED 1,499 at Silver to AED 5,999 at Platinum, with each extra child from AED 45. Adult milestone packages work at home too, with no venue cost to add. If the guest list outgrows the living room, a hotel, garden or rooftop venue is the next step.
Planning the space
We ask for a few photos or a short video of the space before we design anything.
- A wall for the backdrop and cake table, ideally facing natural light
- A clear zone for games or a magician, about 3 by 3 metres for 15 children
- A spot near the door for shoes, bags and gifts
- A cool place for the cake and a socket for the music speaker
- For villas, a flat lawn for a bouncy castle and a clear path for the team to carry it in
- A quiet room for babies and toddlers who need a break

- Apartment partyA backdrop, a balloon garland, a cake table, a 1 kg cake and a party host with seated games. Our Silver level.
- Villa partyA custom theme set, a dessert table, face painting or a mascot and a popcorn cart, spread across the living area and terrace. Our Gold level.
- Garden takeoverBouncy castle or soft play on the lawn, a magician show, a photographer and kids' catering. Our Platinum level.
How it works
- WalkthroughPhotos or a video call so we can see the space, the access and the parking.
- Plan and quoteYou receive a layout, a programme for the afternoon and a written quote.
- SetupThe team arrives two to three hours ahead and works quietly around your household.
- Clear awayAfter the party we remove the set, bag the waste and leave the room tidy.
Neighbours, community rules and noise
- Let building security or your community office know about the party and our delivery vans
- Check whether your community allows inflatables, gazebos or outdoor music
- Plan the loudest part of the party for the afternoon or early evening and keep volume moderate after dark
- Use visitor parking where possible and share the location pin with guests
- Large inflatables, late-night music and community rules are the host's or community's responsibility, and we help you plan around them
- We do not offer fireworks or drones

Questions about home parties
Do you clean up after the party?
We remove everything we brought, collect balloon and decoration waste, and clear the cake and food tables. Deep cleaning of the home is not included.
Can you set up the night before?
Yes, for most indoor setups, which helps with morning parties. Balloons are inflated as late as possible so they stay full.
What if my apartment is small?
A compact backdrop, a cake table and a host with seated games work well in small rooms. We size every element to the space, and our entertainers adapt their acts too.
Can you plan a home party in Abu Dhabi?
Yes, delivery to Abu Dhabi is available on request, with transport added to the quote.
