How we plan a birthday
A typical Dubai birthday involves five or six suppliers: a balloon team, a bakery, an entertainer, a photographer, sometimes a venue and a caterer. Each one needs a brief, a deposit and a time slot, and the host spends the week chasing messages. We take that whole chain off your hands. You tell us the date, the guests and the feeling you want, and we turn it into one plan, one price and one person to talk to.
We start with the guest of honour: their age, what they love and how they like to celebrate. Then we suggest a setting, whether that is your home or villa, a garden, a rooftop, a hotel room or a yacht on the Marina, plus a theme and a running order that fits the hours you have. Partner venues are available on request, and their food and drinks are quoted separately at the venue's own rates, so you always see what you pay for and to whom.
On the day, the setup team arrives well before the guests, the cake goes on the table once the room is ready, a host or DJ keeps the timing, and everything is cleared away after the last photo. You stay with your guests from start to finish.

Questions hosts ask
Can you plan a party at home?
Yes. Homes, villas, gardens and building party rooms are where many kids' parties happen. Please check your community's rules on inflatables, music hours and access for the setup team, as these stay with the host.
Can you book the venue for us?
Yes, partner venues are available on request: rooftops, private dining rooms, hotel rooms and more. The venue's food and drinks are quoted at its own rates, and a planning fee from AED 750 applies when we book a third-party venue.
How do payments work?
We confirm the booking in writing, then a 50% deposit secures the date. You can pay by Tabby, Tamara, card or cash, and the balance is due before the event.
Do you plan birthdays in Abu Dhabi?
We are based in Dubai. Delivery and setup in Abu Dhabi are possible on request, and any travel cost is shown in your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks suits most parties. Weekend dates in the cooler months and yacht parties fill sooner, so plan earlier for those; a small home setup can sometimes be arranged within a few days. To see a rough budget, try the party builder.
