These general terms apply to every party we plan. Your written booking confirmation adds the details for your own event.
Quotes and from-prices
From-prices on this site, including those on our packages page and in the party builder, are estimates. A price becomes binding when we confirm it to you in writing for your date, place, guest count and choices.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed in writing. After that, a 50% deposit secures the date and the suppliers, and the balance is paid before the event. You can pay by Tabby, Tamara, card or cash; instalment plans are subject to the provider's own approval.

Venues and third parties
When a party takes place at a hotel or another third-party venue, that venue's rules apply, including timings, noise, decoration limits and food and drinks, which are quoted at the venue's rates. When we book a third-party venue for you, a planning fee from AED 750 applies.
Parties at home
For parties at your home or villa, the host is responsible for building and community rules, noise levels, permission for large inflatables and access for our team. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the safety of their children throughout the party, including near pools, stairs and balconies.
Safety and photos of guests
We do not provide fireworks, pyrotechnics or drones of any kind. We may adjust or pause any activity that we consider unsafe on the day.
Our photographers take photos for you. We never publish photos showing guests, and especially children, without the host's written consent.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to date, guest count or choices depend on supplier availability and may change the price; we confirm them in writing. The exact change and cancellation terms for your booking are shared in writing before you confirm, so you know them before you pay anything.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. For any question, use our contact page; our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.
