We ask for the details we need to plan your party and treat them with care. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you use the request form or message us, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the party details you choose to share: date, place, number of guests and children's ages, theme, budget, allergies and any notes.
We do not ask for identity documents or card numbers through the form. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose, such as Tabby, Tamara or a card payment page.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare a plan and a quote, book the suppliers your party needs and coordinate the day. We do not use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share details with the suppliers needed for your party and no one else: for example the decorator, baker, entertainer, photographer, caterer, the venue or the yacht crew. Each receives what it needs to do its part, such as the date, address, guest count or allergies. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to plan and follow up your party. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal duties require. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after a reasonable period.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Send the request through our contact page and we confirm once it is done. Some booking records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies it needs to work, for example to remember your language and protect the request form. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
